Skylar Full Seat Womens Breeches

Skylar full seat womens breeches are built by B-Vertigo, a brand created by Horze Equestrian. These women’s full seat breeches have a design perfect for all seasons with the BV Opti-Pro breathable, water and wind resistant fabric. BV opti-Pro fabric is a bi-stretch fabric, popular with the new “smart clothing” found on the shelves of your favorite high end retailer. Mid rise waist makes wearing the breeches in the saddle or between phases a comfortable experience. The Skylar full seat breeches have a “sock bottom”, doing away with the traditional velcro closure.

Temperature Control Fabric

Breeches for women have come a long way in the past few years. Modern fabrics, found mostly in “mainstream” sporting good manufacturing has finally made its way to equestrian. BV opti-Pro fabric is a performance / “Dry Fit” fabric, good for all seasons. It stretches and moves with you. At about 183 GSM (grams per square meter), it’s a light to mid-weight fabric for breeches – durable but not too thick. The physical ingredients of the thread used to make the dry fit breeches is 8% polyurethane and 92% polyamide (similar to polyester).

Initial Reviews of Skylar Full Seat Womens Breeches

This is the second season of the Skylar Breeches. There have been some improvements to the silicone grip on the full seat. The silicone is less sticky and more grippy. Overall they have been well received. Primarily used as breeches for cross country and/or breeches for show jumping. Fit seems pretty spot on with the waist not being too low or high.
