Sedgwick Square Raised Figure 8 Bridle
Huntley Equestrian makes this figure 8 Bridle. The Huntley Fancy Stitched Square Raised Traditional Figure 8 English Bridle is created from the finest imported J.E. Sedgwick and Co. Ltd. leather out of England. Because of this, the bridle is supple, yet durable. There is decorative stitching on the noseband, browband, and reins (that can be purchased separately). This figure 8 bridle will wow in the show arena yet is strong enough for everyday use. Moreover, the noseband has roller buckles and pinch guards on the straps. The edges are hand-stitched and finished. The crown design is traditional. The nose disc is fleece and padded. Therefore, this bridle optimizes the horse’s comfort. Additionally, stainless steel is the hardware. This bridle will last for many years if properly cleaned and cared for.
The figure 8 bridle is available in Full size and in Sedgwick Australian Nut or Sedgwick Conker. Reins are not included.

Tricky Vernacular?
Mexican Noseband / Grackle Noseband / Figure 8 Noseband / Crossed Bridle
This noseband has many names. Where you come from determines what you call it. All four names are describing the same thing: a noseband whose straps fasten with a buckle behind the upper jaw of the horse, above the cheekbone. Therefore, the straps then cross the nose on a diagonal. The straps extend down under the bit and fasten with a second buckle at the chin groove.
Why Use A Figure 8 Noseband?
