Majyk Equipe Dressage Boots For Horses

Majyk Equipe Dressage Boots protect your horse’s legs during dressage warmup and flat work. Majyk uses TPU strike guards along with a strong ripstop material on the outside of the boot. On the inside, the boots feature hypoallergenic “hyperflex” breathable foam that conforms to the legs and won’t slip – even during the most sweaty training sessions. XL, Large & medium sizes have 3 sets of velcro while the smalls have 2. The velcro closures are about 2 inches wide and are double stitched. The male end of the velcro closures is made out of flexible elastic while the female side is static. Nylon stitching holds everything together. Due to the material used, these dressage boots don’t pick up that much dirt and don’t hold water.

Sizing Your Majyk Equipe Dressage Boots

Majyk Equipe dressage boots come in four sizes – small / medium / large / XL. Like many horse dressage boots, they are not “front/hind” specific so you first choose a front leg size (medium is the most popular) then you choose a hind leg size (large is typical).

 Use of Dressage Boots in FEI Dressage Tests

For Eventers, the new 2015 FEI rules for eventing no longer include boots and bandages as forbidden equipment. Does this mean that you’re now able to use dressage boots for horses during your dressage test? The rules themselves don’t specify yes or no so you will need to clarify BEFORE using the boots at your next event. Care Instructions

Hose them off and they should be reasonably clean. You can add some dish soap and elbow grease to get them show clean. Washer safe on cold cycle only. NOT dryer safe. Air dry only. Don’t use bleach, it will dissolve the foam liner.
