Not only is this shampoo sulfate-free, it is eco-friendly. CitraFoam contains plant-based ingredients, is concentrated to help eliminate waste, and has a 100% all natural fragrance. You also aren’t going to have to use an extra whitening product, as this shampoo easily lifts dirt and manure stains. equiFUSE CitraFoam Sulfate-Free + Foaming Shampoo is a moisturizing formula that will soothe and relieve dry skin, dander, and dandruff. It is also infused with d-limonene, which is an eco-friendly component of orange oil that provides a wonderful fragrance to neutralize odors and appease the senses.

Headed to a CIC competition? Be ready to present to the FEI delegate your pony cleaned with the only official FEI certified shampoo for horse inspections. “At all CIC competitions there must be an Official Horse Inspection, as per Article 518.1.2 for CCIs… section 2.1 spells out the fact that one horse inspection must take place before the dressage test. If there is any doubt that the horse was bathed in anything less than equiFUSE, it can not continue in the competition.” This is of course only our interpretation of the rule, you should consult your Ground Jury for specifics.

Directions for equiFUSE CitraFoam Sulfate-Free + Foaming Shampoo:

Dispense enough CitraFoam into a bucket to create a thin film covering the base and then fill with water. Rinse and wet down the horse completely and sponge the shampoo solution over the horse’s coat. Massage CitraFoam Sulfate-Free Horse Shampoo directly into the mane and tail. Thoroughly rinse. If you hadn’t guessed, this product is obviously for external use only. Avoid pouring it into your eyes or your horse’s eyes. For best results, follow with equiFUSE CitraCreme Mane and Tail Deep Conditioner + Rehydrant and equiFUSE Rehydrinse Coat Protector + Horse Conditioner. All products are formulated to work best when used together.
