Eventing Grease

Eventing Grease made by Sore No More gives the legs and chest of your eventing horse the slickness he needs to slide through a sticky situation. Sore No More Sports Salve is an arnica (plant) based herbal salve containing tamanu oil and aloe vera. The all natural mixture makes for a great leg grease prior to the cross country phase. Apply to legs and chest, even on horses with sensitive skin.

Uses for Sore No More Sports Salve

Eventing leg grease can be used on XC or back at the barn for multiple reasons. The hydrating formula promotes healthy skin and hooves so you can rub it pretty much anywhere. It smells better than most hair growth formulas for horses and works nearly as well. Try it on blanket rubs and irritations caused by poorly fitting girths, it will help relieve the irritation. Don’t use it on open wounds, though.

• For use as a leg grease, apply liberally prior to competition to chest and upper and lower legs (fronts and hinds).
• For use as a leg sweat, apply liberally and bandage. Be sure to change bandages daily.
• Use on crusty dry skin patches, burns (including sun burn) and skin abrasions
• For use as hoof care product, apply frequently to the coronary band – 1/2 inch above and below the hairline. Also, apply Sore No More Sports Salve to the bulbs of the heel to soften and promote elasticity.

Ingredients

Does not contain harsh chemicals or sulfate cleaners. The eventing grease base ingredients come from a proprietary extract of witch hazel bark and leaves with multiple herbs including:
