EcoGold Cross Country Boots

EcoGold Country Boots are 100% breathable and won’t suck up water out on course. The design is naturally breathable without the use of vents that allow dirt in on sandy courses. Neoprene-free, EcoGold cross country boots will give your steed the protection and support he needs on cross country or out on conditioning rides in the hills.

• Polycarbonate protective shield that’s super flexible and “stronger than an axe”
• Memory foam conforms to horse’s legs, distributing pressure evenly

Customize the Size of Your XC Boots

Ecogold makes their XC boots in three sizes for the front and three for the back. Most horses are fine with the same size front and hind. Some horses are better off with one size up front and a different size on the hind. Here is a general fit chart:

• Small Ecogold XC Boots typically fit most ponies and small horses. The circumference of the front (distance around the leg), is 10 inches. The height of the small front boots is 9 inches. The small Ecogold hind cross country boots measure 10 in wide and 11.5 inches high.
• Medium Ecogold eventing boot design typically fits most horses.
• Large Ecogold cross country coots typically fit warmbloods or “monster horse legs”.

For the template sizes listed above, we offer exchanges so try to get it right but don’t worry – you can swap for a different size.

For horses that just don’t work with the template sizes, we offer Ecogold cross country boots in custom sizes. Simply measure your horse’s legs – both height and circumference and enter those measurements into the boxes provided above. There is no additional cost for this but it will take 2-3 weeks for delivery so plan ahead (order during the winter!). Returns and exchanges not available for custom cross country boots.
