Shoulder guard for horses built by Back on Track keeps your horse from rubbing their chest while increasing circulation. Made of high-quality materials + Back on Track’s signature WellTex ceramic infused fabric. Available in small through very large. Works perfectly under the Back on Track Mesh Sheet to reduce rubbing.

Therapeutic Elements

As with all Back on Track products, they infuse equine shoulder guard contains fabric with ceramic powder. This fabric called WellTex creates a soothing, therapeutic heat. Heat helps in the recovery of sore muscles, reduce inflammation and increase circulation.

Anti Rubbing Shoulder Guard for Horses

Like any shoulder guard, this product’s primary use is to reduce the rubbing caused by blankets and stall doors.

Materials

Back on Track makes their horse shoulder guard out of two materials – 80% nylon and 20% spandex. Spandex, known as Lycra, is the most popular material used to build shoulder guards for horses. The ceramic powder is infused into the 20% spandex.

Washing / Care Instructions

You can machine wash your Back on Track shoulder guard for horses. Set temperature to a maximum 86 degrees F or 30 degrees C. Use non-bleach detergents without any fabric softener. Don’t use the dryer – air dry only.
