- Remove back of watch case by removing the screws using supplied screwdriver
- With care, remove the battery contact sticker from on top of the battery using provided tweezers. SAVE the sticker for use later.
- Loosen the retaining bar holding the old battery
- Discharge any remaining battery from the watch. Using the supplied tweezers, place one leg of the tweezers where the battery coil is seated and the other leg on the battery housing, below one battery arm.
- Insert the new battery provided with the kit. Be sure the positive side (+) is facing UP. Handle as little as possible and always on the sides only to avoid discharge.
- Replace the battery retaining arm you removed in step 3.
- REPLACE the battery contact sticker you removed in step 2. This is important to ensure proper operation.
- Reset the watch using the provided tweezers by touching the two contact points at the reset point (see image). The watch will display 12:00 when reset.
- Inspect rubber seal. It needs to be sitting comfortably in the provided groove, have no visible cracks or signs of degradation. A bad seal will allow the watch to leak and will ruin the watch. If the seal needs to be replaced, begin the process by putting some of the provided silicone gel on your fingers. Rub your fingers on the new seal, ensuring the new seal is covered in a light coat of silicone. Carefully replace the rubber seal using the provided tweezers. Be sure it’s seated property in its groove.
- Finally, replace the back case ensuring the cover is aligned properly. Ensure that the TOP marked on the back aligns with the Stop / Start button on the front.
- Carefully replace the screws.
Reset The Time
If you replaced the battery, the time will go back to 12;00.
- Hold CLEAR for 3 seconds
- Hour will flash, press MIN button to select correct hour
- Press MODE to confirm the house and minutes will begin to flash
- Press MIN to set correct minutes
- Press CLEAR to confirm
