Back on Track Saddle Pad
Back on Track Saddle Pad collection includes three different therapeutic saddle pads: The Contender featuring ThinLine, the All Purpose Therapeutic and the Therapeutic Dressage saddle pad. Each of these BOT saddle pads are designed to keep your horses muscles loose during workouts and competition thus improving comfort and overall movement. They’re most popular in cold environments where the infrared thermal warmth created by the pad’s infused ceramic powder helps to speed up the blood flow on cold days, improving warmup times and avoiding injury.
- Three options: Contender 2, All Purpose and Dressage
- Save $50 off the cost of a ThinLine half pad + BOT pad with the Contender
- Designed to increase suppleness
- Infrared thermal warmth increases blood flow, reducing inflammation
- Breathable, works in cold and warm conditions
The Contender 2 Featuring ThinLine
A product building partnership between Back on Track and ThinLine produced this fantastic saddle pad. It’s basically the standard BOT therapeutic saddle pad combined with a shimmable ThinLine half pad. Separately, these pads cost $85 (BOT) and $145 (Trifecta Half Pad) = $230 so buying this single pad will save you $50! That’s enough to buy a full set of saddle pad shims.
- Dressage Pad measures 22″ (spine) x 21.5″ flap or “drop” as it’s referred to by the manufacture
- All Purpose pad measures 23″ across with a 19″ flap
Back on Track All Purpose and BOT Dressage Pads
These two pads are identical except for the way they are cut. Made of Welltex fabric infused with ceramic powder, these pads are considered therapeutic because the high tech fabric reflects your horses natural body heat, creating a soothing infrared warmth. The warmth increases the suppleness of sore or tired back muscles due to increased circulation and reduced inflammation. The result is a more relaxed, higher performing horse.
How Does the Back on Track Saddle Pad Work?:
How do BOT products create this heat and is it safe for use during hotter conditions? The key is in the ceramic. The ceramic infused fibers reflect the horses own natural infrared body heat back towards them, this infrared heat penetrates deeper into the tissue/muscle fiber thereby warming up deep within the muscles prior to (and during) your riding. The back on track saddle pad is still breathable which means that your horses skin can still cool down and it won’t cause blistering, making this and all BOT products perfectly safe for use in any condition.
Care of your BOT Pads:
Machine washable up to 90°F or 30°C (although we recommend washing on “warm” or “cool” just to be safe). Use normal detergents that do not contain bleach or fabric softeners. Air dry only, do not tumble dry.
