Dressage Sport Boots 2

Dressage Sport Boots 2 encompass all the great features of the DSB first generation plus added features inside and out making the DSB2 one of the best dressage horse boots available. The first improvement was made to the interior of the boot. The new DSB2 features a long lasting, fungus resistant fleece lining. The lining helps wick away moisture and heat from the legs for a more comfortable horse. The next layer absorbs shock and impacts. Both the original DSB and the DSB2 have a strike area but the DSB2 design increases the effectiveness by using a denser and more shock absorbing material in the most sensitive areas: along the cannon bone and tendon. The exterior of the new Dressage Sport Boot is made of the highly durable Coverlight brand material. This material is tear resistant, puncture resistant  and resistant to abrasion – all the resistance you need while being flexible.

Improvements over the original Dressage Sport Boots:

• Improved fleece lining to wick moisture and heat away from legs
• More effective shock absorption system along tendons and cannon bone
• Increased durability of exterior – resists punctures, tears and abrasion while remaining flexible

Sizing

Sizing your DSB boots is pretty easy. They don’t come in front or hind specific variations so you typically order one size up for the hinds. For example – your horses is 16.3 hands and you want a full set of DSB2. Add Medium boots to your cart for fronts then add the Large boots for use on the hind legs. Sizing is general and depends on how leggy your horse is. We offer complementary exchanges so please try to get the right ones but rest assured that you can exchange sizes for free.

Small Front: Pony to 15.2hh

Medium Front: 15.3 to 16.2hh

Large Front: 16.3 – 17.1hh

Extra Large Front: 17.2+

Small Hind: 15 – 15.2hh

Medium Hind: 15.3 – 16.1hh

Large Hind: 16.2 – 17hh

Extra Large Hind: 17.1hh+

Care for your DSB

Dressage Sport Boots 2  can be cleaned using your washing machine then hang to dry or use the dryer on low. We recommend storing without the velcro attached to prolong the life of the velcro closure on the boots.
